English: Still life with freshly picked local strawberries in a crystal bowl on a striped tablecloth in Tuntorp, Brastad, Lysekil Municipality, Sweden. Photographed in natural evening light from a window. The idea was to borrow the light and composition style from old still-life paintings, preferably 17th-century Dutch paintings. Many of those paintings of food depicted it as if the meal was in progress. This was a technique they had to show that is was a painting of a fleeting moment, and that everything in life is transient. |

As a result, this image underwent digital manipulation which may have included blending, blurring, cloning, and colour and perspective adjustments. As a result of these adjustments, the image content may be slightly different than reality at the points where the images were combined. This manipulation is often required due to lens, perspective, and parallax distortions.
